He is recognized for leading multidisciplinary teams under strict health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring project objectives and operational continuity at every stage. He holds a Master's Degree in Geology with a specialization in Geotechnics from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Highway Engineering at the University of Piura (UDEP).
